Will there be a light at the end of the tunnel in 2021?

While a new strain of COVID-19 is rampaging throughout the UK, nations and local governments are falling over themselves to increase restrictions on citizens and travel. Lockdowns and laws with indeterminate end and questionable efficacy are being imposed by all levels of government. Will the latest lockdown measures in Ontario really be lifted in 28 days? Will they have any impact on the spread of the virus? We know what the lockdown impacts will be at least and it isn’t good.
